found that the product is as advertised and I am extremely happy with it. I have had it for a couple of months and have lifted several cars and pick up trucks with it. It has performed flawlessly. I have had 8000 pound vehicles on it and it lifts them just as easy as a 3000 pound vehicle. Everything seems to be well-made and even extra heavy duty. While I am not a commercial operation but just a private individual I feel that this is probably one of the best values for the money spent that you can come across when buying a two post lift. When I had a couple of questions I called the sales rep and left him my number and he always called me back. Very happy with Customer Service so far. If there is a negative it would be that there are no or little instructions on how to put it together but I knew that going into it and I also have a understanding of how it went together so it was not an issue for me. That is why I gave it a full 5 star rating.

The lift is well made and all parts supplied with the exception of the oil for the pump and any electrical you need. I would suggest having a mounting bracket for a safety shutoff breaker on the column with the pump. Maybe that could be a future add on. Overall great looking lift and the customer service from Christine is second to none. Thank you so much.

I had been searching for a lift for quite some time. I liked the features and price, and when i saw someone else using theirs to lift a Humvee, i was sold.
Shipping took like 2 days, and it came packaged well. Couple of scratches in shipping but to be expected with something of this size! Overall i am very happy with it.

I wasn’t too sure at first because of the low price. Received it in about a week. Strongly built. Looks great and definitely doesn’t look or feel cheap. Lifted my car and SUV seamlessly. Doesn’t even feel like there is a car on it. Had one bolt missing and one small part broken. Liaised with Apluslift and got a response within hours. They sent replacement parts the next day. The only negative is what many mentioned, the instructions for assembly. I was able to figure it out and assembled it myself but many would probably be clueless on how to do it and what bolts and nuts to use just based on instructions provided. Tip: Look at the page on parts to figure what bolt goes where based on number. This being said, buy with peace in mind because it is a great lift for most needs!

Great communication with seller. They were quick, polite and professional with all questions. Freight company delivered a day early. They have a good tracking site, keep tabs on updates. Unpacking, have 7 friends to get hydraulic long plate out of shipping pack! The power side is pre assemble and is very heavy!
