Returns

  1. Eligibility
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Custom or personalized products.
    • Items marked as final sale.
  3. Process
    • Contact us at contact@orionfire.shop with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Refunds

  1. Eligibility
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Processing
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
  3. Shipping Costs
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the wrong product was shipped.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, contact us at contact@orionfire.shop.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description and photos of the issue.
